Pint Sized Plays Call for Submissions
PINT SIZED PLAYS IS ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS FOR 2019:
PianoFight is bringing San Francisco’s venerable theater-in-a-bar festival back in 2019 – and we are looking for new actors, new directors, new short plays and eager playwrights seeking a challenge!
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
PLAYWRIGHTS:
* Theme: Office Holiday Party
* Location of play must take place in PianoFight bar, but have fun with it!
* Plays may be as short as a few seconds, but no longer than seven pages.
(P.S. Parodies on Holiday Songs are MORE than Welcome! As stand alone songs or part of a larger piece!)
* Pint Sized Plays is a collaborative process, so writers must be willing to work with directors and producers to adapt their script as needed.
*ALL are welcome to apply!
* Must be a Bay Area resident to submit
* There is no fee to submit a play for consideration in Pint-Sized.
* Please include your name and contact info on the cover page of your script.
* Please send submissions in PDF format to pintsizedsubmissions@

* All artists are paid a small stipend for their work.
DATES:
Deadline for writers, directors, and actors: October 6th (submitting your play early doesn’t guarantee you a spot, but it sure won’t hurt!
First Read: October 19th at PianoFight, 6pm-9pm
Performances: Monday, Nov 18 & 25 | Monday, Dec 2 & 16 | Tuesday, Dec 10 | All performances at 8pm
